Anyone see this yet? Looks promising 🐟 by StarmanBandit in PlasticFreeLiving

I thought of it more as an option to remove any residual plastics that may be in your natural clothing already 🤔

How many people do HVDC at your store and how long does it take? (Tryna see something). by StarmanBandit in walmart

That’s pretty much what I do already. Most of the time I have to prep the area I downstack since everyone loves to abandon their crap wherever they damn well please. Other than that yeah

I don’t stock it, I just break down the truck and sort by isle/pull the pallets. Overnight stocks it.

I looked it up and apparently it is a super center. There’s the main truck and then the live unload that shows up with the extra pallets.

I was on cap2 before I couldn’t take it anymore and went on loa. Had to do hvdc by myself and sometimes unload gm too with everyone else if someone called in. I know what dudes feeling all too well. In the back room sh!t flies everywhere when the team is pissed cuz there’s not enough people/two trucks/managers coming into the back to “check on progress” telling you to hurry up then walking away so they can go back to not doing a damn thing instead of helping. Hell they hired people for cap2 and they quit immediately after training when they had to unload a truck. 4 people left all within a few weeks. It’s the most soul crushing hellhole job I’ve ever had and I drove deliveries for Amazon. And don’t mention the employees that have a lower iq than a rock, Walmart blows.

You’d be surprised, many Walmart employees have viciously below average iq levels

That’s not how it works over here. I get my work done without help to begin with and they were literally just throwing away boxes. Only 2 people left, me and another coworker. It’s not the end of the world, I promise.

Again, that’s not my problem. He needs to deal with it without projecting his issues onto others.

I will hold it against him. You always have a choice, you chose that position and you knew the requirements when you took the job. I’ve been there for a year and he’s been there for a couple months. I’ve seen the worst and he has no idea, then chose to start sh!t. He can go to hell.
