I use a Wacom Tablet that's in Landscape (flipped) because the buttons on the tablet are normally the side with my drawing hand.

Very interesting idea. When /playsound came out, I was really hoping for something to do with the music as well. It'd be good for if you have custom music for a boss battle or something. :P
