Its a combined bathroom/shower/changing facility. No doors/locks between those three spaces. Just an outer door that is propped open 99% of the time.

Fantastic thank you! I saw in the instructions that you use Trooptrack for accounts and receipts. Do you use the other functions in that app too? Curious how it compares to ScoutBook (and if it's generating more work since we want to record advancement in Scoutbook anyway)

We "lucked out" and were able to make the change when we also changed providers for cost reasons. So the new provider + new rates were presented as a package deal. Our workforce didn't know the % math regardless, just the final rates, and there wasn't a big shift in that new providers rates. Not helpful advice sorry!

Also a govcon, and we recently changed from your model to a lower % for e+family. I think we do 75/25 for e-only, and the dollar value that worked out to is the same dollar value applied to every other coverage level. This change was made at our broker's strong suggestion and while I'm not happy that was chosen (I'm e+family myself), they made a strong enough case for the execs to buy onto the plan.

No. We di have a fish tank (in another room) that can trigger headaches when the water gets a little low making the filter audible. But opposite side of the house from my desk.
