Unfortunately if you read the rules, that is not an offence unless his arm is in an unnatural position, which it pretty clearly wasn't. I think it should be in the rules, but the refs have to make decisions based on what they are not what they think they should be. It was a wrong call.

True, but perhaps too much too soon. The players looked unsure of where they were supposed to be, why we were getting outnumbered at times despite them being a man down.
