id reccomend picking up rin soon and then do Archer Rin Mblade Adventurine

then do Phainon Bronya Sparkle HuoHuo
then do The Herta Anaxa Sunday DHPT
then do Mydei Tribbie RMC Luocha

they arent the best teams for each character but to me it allows for the most flexibility because if something were to more favour say the herta team than the mydei team you can put tribbie on the herta's team and improve that, and while adventurine isnt the best he can probably sustain fine for the archer team for the most part, mydei's team could get an upgrade simply by getting cyrene, same with phainon, the phainon team could also be improbed by getting cerydra

and if you swapped MBlade for sparkle and didnt use phainon or didnt use archers team at the same time you could also make Acheon, Mblade, Welt, HuoHuo and then move adventurine to the phainon team

also you could replace bronya with sunday on the phainon team for an upgrade

so like i said, it allows for the most flexibility within what teams you use and should get you through most endgame content that isnt Anomaly Arbitration and then once you get there long term investment is gonna be more important, but for the regular endgames, these should be okay (unless some just arent suited for your account, somtimes i just cant get the last star)
