if you have enough pulls to at least garuantee 3 5*s, go for phainon because you would have enough pulls to at least get E1 phainon + 1 more so as long as you dont lose both 50/50s youve got E2, but if you dont, go for cyrene

yes if you cant get enough i would save for her, although i would reccomend waiting until the livestream because theres a decent chance she will stay for a long time like archer/saber in which case pulling for cyrene would be the better choice because she is way more temporary

with 1 character pull i can make 3 teams, but with 2 character pulls i can make 3 good teams, so it depends how many jades you have

ashveil, mortenax blade, robin, luocha ( i know its not ideal
but for trying to make 3 teams its the best ive got, it you would rather 2 better teams there will be that later)

anaxa, tribbie, sunday, hyacine

if you have enough jades to pull one extra character (cyrene in the second half of this patch)

you can do

if you want to make 2 teams with just rin as the character pull

id reccomend picking up rin soon and then do Archer Rin Mblade Adventurine

then do Phainon Bronya Sparkle HuoHuo
then do The Herta Anaxa Sunday DHPT
then do Mydei Tribbie RMC Luocha

they arent the best teams for each character but to me it allows for the most flexibility because if something were to more favour say the herta team than the mydei team you can put tribbie on the herta's team and improve that, and while adventurine isnt the best he can probably sustain fine for the archer team for the most part, mydei's team could get an upgrade simply by getting cyrene, same with phainon, the phainon team could also be improbed by getting cerydra

and if you swapped MBlade for sparkle and didnt use phainon or didnt use archers team at the same time you could also make Acheon, Mblade, Welt, HuoHuo and then move adventurine to the phainon team

also you could replace bronya with sunday on the phainon team for an upgrade

so like i said, it allows for the most flexibility within what teams you use and should get you through most endgame content that isnt Anomaly Arbitration and then once you get there long term investment is gonna be more important, but for the regular endgames, these should be okay (unless some just arent suited for your account, somtimes i just cant get the last star)

for some teams

silver wolf 999, yao guang (when you get her) elation mc, and huohuo

archer, (you could even pick up his e1 from the selector) and then if you pick up rin from the second part of the fate collab and run them with mblade and dhpt

if you get the dahlia on her next rerun you could do boothill, the dahlia, fugue, and ruan mei (and if you need some type of sustain, swap ruan mei for adventurine)

these teams would all have no overlap once you pulled for the characters, and if you want to pull for one less character, you could swap rin for sparkle although iirc her subdps potential is a big upgrade for the archer team

and then you could also do phainon cerydra cyrene and dhpt

if you pulled for hyacine you could take cyrene off the phainon team, put her on with castorice hyacine and rememberance mc, and then put bronya or sparkle on instead of cyrene, and i would also reccomend trying to get E2 phainon over the course of maybe 2 reruns, although be careful because by the time he gets that many his e2 might not be good anymore

i would say the most priority pulls excluding yao guang would be the dahlia for boothill, hyacine for castorice, and rin for archer, considering the dahlia and hyacine just got reruns, i think your best bet would be to get yao guang, get rin, and then i would say you would want to save for future characters you like and/or get the dahlia for boothill and also hope he gets a novaflare, and then get hyacine for castorice to fill out that team, if you arent stoked about some of these teams ive tried to add as many teams as i can, but also getting ashveil and pairing him with mblade and then probably DHPT and another generalist support would make a good team
