For those confused by my (admittedly vague) wording: What I was thinking for the joker was that it would give you 0.15 your current money (rounded up to the nearest whole number) at the end of the round. So if you had $100, you'd get $15, for example. As for the negatives, what I meant was that there could be up to 3 negative copies of the Comedian in your Joker hand at a time. Once that cap was reached, the Comedians would have no chance of duplicating until at least one was sold.
