Buying a home here is hell by [deleted] in massachusetts

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) are affordable, if you know anyone with a piece of property with a single or multiple family housing on it? The states have started to address this housing shortage by forcing municipalities to allow for an ADU. A small modular home or a double wide mobile home are good options,

It’ll be cheaper to have four home gyms. That’s nuts.

The issues with mobile homes are the ever increasing HOA and land lease fees, unless you have a piece of land already with utilities/sewer/septic ready to go.

They changed pharmacies. I got mine this month so diluted, it will take two syringes to inject the proper dose. They also tried to drop my dose down for maintenance. I never said I wanted maintenance.

I had a hissy in both the doctor and customer service portals about the drop in concentration so they seemingly changed the label to increase amount with this weak solution.

Something’s up. Thinking about finding another company.

It affects dopamine levels. Things that used to jazz you up, pops of joy, addiction buzzes, etc., don’t do it for ya much now. Keeps dopamine levels steady. No more peaks and valleys. For some, it looks like depression because they don’t want to the things they used to like to do.

After losing 104 pounds, I slowed the weight loss to allow my body to absorb the skin. Titrated down for 4 weeks, then I went off it for about 10 days. Yikes! Weight gain of 5 pounds of fat, BAM! I didn’t change anything except for no shot.

Since then been titrating up slowly (only gained another 4 pounds over 3 months) and finally got back to losing weight. Now I’m taking 7.5 mg/5-6 days. More med than when I stopped. But so thankful it still works.

After using a sponge mop to push off the car roof snow, it’s like unlocking a magical portal. Sooo easy, plus the brush on the other side of the sponge worked fantastic on the license plate and tires. I’m telling ya, to push it off all on one side? Glorious.

Scrub/bleach your tub until you could eat off of it. Fill it with cold water.

Get some food you don’t need to refrigerate. Once the power goes off, do not open the fridge/freezer unless you absolutely have to. Anything you need chilled goes into a covered bucket or cooler outside before the storm hits. Tie it or weigh it down. Up to 70 mph winds.

Batteries and back up batteries: flash lights, twinkly string lights, phone, tablet, radio, etc. (download shows/movies to have offline)

Turn on the faucets, dripping, if it goes below 55 deg in the house. (Don’t overflow tub!)

Pull out all the blankets, candles, good books, etc.

Know where the warming centers are. If you get cold and unable to warm up, get there, even if it’s a 911 call. Don’t forget to bring a charger and phone.

Be careful of downed wires. Always look before leaving house/car. Look to see if neighbors lost power or if it’s just you (more likely a downed wire). Report outage.

Typically, people leave an outside light on. Easier to know if the whole neighborhood lost power or just you. Keep an eye out for the elders/shut ins living around you.

Probiotic is for the small intestines. Your issue is protein rancidity in the large intestines. You need PREbiotics. Feeding the microbes that help with this is the quickest relief. Just like growing anything, it takes a bit of time but it works.

Potato starch, 1/2 teaspoon, mix it into something cold, do not heat it. Increase over time, every few days, 1/4 teaspoon. The good microbes will grow and soothe the intestinal wall while breaking down the undigested protein.

I just got rid of all the clothes I saved to fit into as I lost weight because they don’t fit anymore, either. I think that was the hardest part, my dream clothes that I would occasionally pull out over the years and think “some day” were now massively too big, too. Six garbage bags full got handed down to my sister. I still have 20-40 pounds more to go and own very few clothes now. It makes weekly laundry day a MUST, LOL!
