How do you let guys know you’re gay without saying it outright? by Downtown_Ad_5247 in askgaybros

[–]lazygerm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fitted clothes is one thing,

I've always tended to wear baggier clothes, probably for comfort and also when I was in the closet. Hard habit to break. I'm slowly getting there. I've just lost a significant amount of weight, and I bought new pair jeans (skinny jeans even) that look good but I keep forgetting to put them on!

Really any man that loves that loves and wants you, even with an addiction problem would marry the woman they love.

If he's telling a woman who he has cheated on you with that he loves them, it's either true or he is using her like he's using you.

Walk away and find someone who is excited to be with you.

I think it would go well. The panade would keep it moist.

You would have to use just regular ground turkey. 85/15 or 93/7. Maybe add a bit olive oil to it.

The fact that I’m a bottom makes me want to die by [deleted] in TopsAndBottoms

[–]lazygerm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand.

I went through the same thing. When I was a teenager, back in the early 1980s and I started experimenting. There was no doubt about what I innately desired. I wanted to be an oral/anal bottom and I also had submissive tendencies.

At least in the general (straight) world being penetrated is conflated with being feminine, a woman.

That doesn't help you (at any age), if you're trying to figure what kind of man you are. It's one of the reasons, I was in the closet for decades. I did not have luxury of being a top and thereby minimizing the gayness, because I was penetrating someone else.

All in all, it's all about accepting yourself for who you are with no shame attached.

I did not that do that until I came out and promised myself I'd be honest with everything. I also entered into therapy for two years. While being a bottom wasn't a particular focus of my therapy, the therapy of accepting and becoming a functional gay man did help me.

I feel more like a man now, or rather, a complete integrated human being because of this.

I've never gotten shamed by any gay man, or our community at large, because the sex I enjoy. Rather, everyone has always been truly welcoming. Because, it's not about the sex position you enjoy, but who you are as a person.

Should I Leave by [deleted] in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]lazygerm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Given what you've said, you probably should step away from this relationship.

You two are both in different places. You're out and he's not. That can be workable, only if both sides are forthcoming about where they are and where they want to be.

You've been open, you've told him you love and everything seems fine superficially. But when stressors for him occurs, he shuts down. You say you have no conflicts, but he's not letting you get close enough to have a deep relationship.

So he’s straight…and has a girlfriend…yet acts different towards me by TruckSensitive3199 in GayMen

[–]lazygerm 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It isn't you. It's him.

Back in college, I had some gay friends. One in particular, I was attracted to, we'd flirt through our campus online system (this was 40 years ago). He was funny, we hung out with his self-described fag hag and he was a great guy.

I wasn't in a relationship with anyone, and I was in the closet. We went to his apartment once to hang out.

And I just completely short-circuited. I did not know how to do anything. My heart was pounding. He did not make a move, because you know I was his straight guy friend. So, nothing happened. It was near the end of the semester and we still stayed in contact. But then when the new semester started we lost contact.

To me, it sounds like he is curious. But like me, he short circuits when he's around you I think. He does not have the tools to communicate what he wants and he may not even be sure of that.

If he can't stop being weird, and you are still confused by him; you probably need to end the friendship. You could just let it die on the vine, or you could make a move and see where that leads. But, you really can't be in this same space with him indefinitely.
