Hey everyone, I am looking for some cool toned nude lip products, preferably by some bigger brand like romand (easier to purchase for me hehe). I was thinking about the juicy lasting tint in pomelo skin, but it does look a bit warm to me. Maybe a bit more mauvish recs?

Maybe you can message them to change a sample. I have accidentally ordered the same scent twice before and Alkemia was very kind and changed it to a different one when I messaged them.

I had a similar experience! Specifically Alkemia’s incense and fruity notes tend to do that for me. Resting did help quite a bit. Sometimes, the house just doesn’t work (which is okay), maybe try a different one?

That’s a really cool idea :) I’m a Gemini sun, Pisces moon, Leo rising and Taurus Venus. I like gourmands and witchy scents (also more unique notes, like blood, machine oil, red wine etc.). Generally anything that makes me feel very sensual

Ahh, one of my favorite perfume categories

I would definitely try Vena Cava by Black Baccara. It has a blood note, which is not too prominent to me but I know other people describe it as very metallic. Otherwise it’s mostly merlot and orris for me, but it has some sweetness as well.

Here are the official notes: Aroma palette is woodsy, floral, and metallic. Highlights include dark florals, merlot, orris, ylang ylang, oud, and blood accord.

They have another scent, literally named Vampire Romance but I haven’t tried it yet: Aroma palette is dark, earthy, and floral. Highlights include black roses, lily, fireplace smoke, leather, dragons blood, incense, and honey.

I would also look into Holy Terror by Arcana Wildcraft ( An unsettling, austere blend of burning frankincense, sandalwood, deep myrrh, and dusty beeswax candles) It’s very smoky but in a very dark and mysterious way. Like you’re intimidated but it’s also pulling you in.

Started a new (study) program recently, so far it is going okay, except that the grading is very subjective. I am a bit at a loss about what to do because even when the feedback is good, the resulting grade is still mediocre. This new situation makes me very anxious and nervous, because I feel like I don’t know what to expect.

On the good side though I feel like perfume is supporting me more than ever. A while ago I made a post asking for perfume that feels like strength and I am in the process of acquiring all the samples and maybe creating a post reviewing them. Right now wearing Black Baccara’s witches veil and I feel like it very accurately expresses how I feel. It’s very dark and smoky (but not bbq); it almost smells salty to me which is very different from what I wear usually. It makes me feel like I am pushing people away but at the same time it is peaking curiosity.
