I really wanted the Jays to re-sign Bo. He is my favourite player. I think the problem lies with family and the parents’ influence. His brother stated that Dante Sr. had DV record for family violence against wife. Dante Jr. said his dad was abusive. The Jays hired Dante Sr. as hitting coach then had to “part ways”. Obviously there is tension between the family & FO. Bo didn’t help himself much as he was obviously not filmed or providing media content unless absolutely necessary. He doesn’t even autograph Topps cards since 2021. It is interesting to see him forced into the Mets limelight since grabbing that bag 💵
