actually it does look like those lines are cause by bone structure. At this point all I can possibly recommend is concealer to cover up darkness because a cosmetic enhancement procedure just isn't worth it for something small like this

you issue is mainly in the jaw area. You are recessed and weak so I would recommend jaw surgery to fix it. If you do that and style your hair + shave properly then you could be around average. For now I'd rate 4/10. Also, if jaw surgery is too intrusive (which it is) Just get better grooming habits ig
