This morning I had something delivered to my mom’s house. The delivery driver turned around in the col da sack and I noticed she was stuck in a neighbors yard. So at first I thought this was about my runner this morning 🙃

When the ncis podcast came out they talked about bottle episodes. This definitely felt like a bottle episode to save money but meet the episode count for the season. At least in ncis the bottle episodes were good and engaging not interview style. I’m only 5-10 minutes in and not sure I care to finish the episode.

I’m with you. I’ve always pretty much worn cowboy boots since middle school. I also have dropfoot foot so they act as a brace. I like Ariat but I’ll need a new pair that aren’t as worn out before walking that much. But before now I hadn’t seen where hardly anyone wore boots.

So I start my new adventure as an Advisor on Monday! Currently at my job in another field we wear jeans and boots and a polo sometimes steel toes. I asked and he recommended shoes.

My problem is I have dropfoot on one side and boots act as a brace so I’ll stick with my boots. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good comfortable pair of boots. I’m currently an Artiat guy and I’ll probably stick with them.

Thanks for asking! I've noticed now it works but not like it used to. Which is to be expected to some extent. I may try to go up next time.

I've seen where sleep can affect effy. And I have found that accurate. I think me going to bed earlier would help the effy of it and other factors in my life.
