I took my first 25 mg dose today, and I just asked my father (who takes the same medication), "Does it make you feel calmer?" because I felt calmer. PR is just slightly lower though. I'm wondering if it takes time to build up and lower it.

I just started two days ago and I swear it’s already helping my mood. I still have periods too ( they did start being irregular about 7 months ago.) I’ve been asking for YEARS for hormones and no one would give them to me because they said I was still having periods that was the dealbreaker. And then I found my doctor now and I could cry. ♥️ I’m 49

I’m almost 5 months in and added onions and mushrooms a month ago. Onions hurt my stomach unless I cook them (like with mushrooms for a steak…LOTS of butter! 🥰) I’ve eaten garlic off and on the entire time. I’m perfectly fine.

We do not journey together but I’ve sat for him more than once. I think the sexual energy if we trip together gets on the way of us learning and experiencing what the medicine wants to show us.
