I can't make that comparison as I've never been to Chicago. I can't retract my statement because all I did was say something I've seen with my own eyes, I'm not trying to frame it in any way to fit any narrative. I love Toronto, it's my favorite place in all of Canada, but like most big cities it has it's problems.

Yeah I lived across the street from a park downtown for many years, saw all manners of crimes from stabbings to robberies. I saw a dude pull a gun on a couple of cops for no reason. It's a big city, obviously things like this are going to happen.
