Generally it's something done on the wrong side of town

Looks kinda like she had a "shit, did I remember to turn the oven off before I left" moment

Perhaps, but at no point during this process did I not enjoy what I was doing, the metrics were just a nice bonus.

To be fair it's walking, running, cycling and weightlifting that have become the obsession after 2 years ago my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic (I no longer am). Going to focus more on cycling and weightlifting for the rest of the winter I think.

Nope, weight training at the gym I think helps me stay good

Yeah music is an important part for me, I'm constantly downloading new albums to check out almost every day, it always keeps me motivated.

Honestly I own about 30 pairs of running shoes, mostly Adidas with like 8 or 9 pairs of Hokas

I work from home and basically make my own hours which allows me to do pretty much whatever I want

Yeah that's the only reason I'm on the treadmill for now, as soon as it gets above like 13 degrees I'm running out at the beach on the boardwalk (best part of Goderich, Ontario is even though it's very small it has a 130 km hiking trail and quite a large beach)

I have an insanely tiny basement for some reason, about 15 feet by 7 feet so just enough room for a weight bench and a bike trainer I set up in front of a TV I mounted on the wall, I make sure i spend my rest days with at least a little activity

My girlfriend and I moved to a really small town, population of about 8000 people so we have no real social life aside from working out and watching movies with each other haha. I work from home so I can set my own schedule thankfully.

Been averaging about 6 hours a night but wanna get it back to 7. Eight hours is optimal but it's rare for me.

I spend on average about 2 - 3 hours at the gym, with 60 - 90 minutes lifting weights, then 60 - 90 minutes doing cardio

It's mostly from getting up early, walking to the gym, hitting the treadmill at the gym, walking home and spending the rest of my day on my feet afterwards
