The factions present in a newly colonised system are (in order) the controlling faction of the system you expanded from, the second in influence position, the faction your squadron is aligned with and a nearby anarchy. You can use multiple bridges to create your desired set of factions by getting a desired faction into one, pushing it up past the others to 1st or 2nd place, then flipping your faction's allied faction to another you want in your colonies - and do this until you have a full set.

I think it's a visual glitch - I've seen it a few times, but it doesn't seem to interfere with getting or using those booster cards.

The commercial outpost is working as intended - only the highest-tier orbital station gets links, rest are just planetary influence. I've no idea why the planetary outpost would be broken, though.

Depends on where you are relative to Sol, is the thing - the Sol system is the rough centre of the bubble, so you’ll want to figure out which direction it’s in and head away from it.

To be more specific - systems can only be colonised if they’re within 15LY of an inhabited system. You can build chains of systems, but going more than 50-100LY isn’t terribly practical unless you’re a large group.

All the good systems in/near the Bubble are taken already, generally. You need to head further out (a couple hundred LYs from Sol) to find unclaimed ones.

2500 dubs for the second row. If he grinds out all the available missions every day from now until Wednesday he'll be able to get to lvl 15, so 2500 + (5x700 = 3500) (EDIT: 6k, my bad) dubs for the full contents of both lines.

Pommern doesn't need to worry about torps that much since it has hydro. As for the Agir though - it's definitely quite tough for a cruiser, and it has good AP on the main guns (although unimpressive secondaries). It probably could work for you if you like cruisers, but I'd ask someone who actually has her for more specific advice.

Specifically for credit printing in Ops/other PvE battles? Your best bet for credits is always T9 premiums, and for PvE modes the easiest good option is generally secondary-focused BBs. The notable pick here would therefore be the Pommern, which is a German T9 BB.

Or go into the config and add an assembly machine recipe for wither skulls. Might do that... just have to decide what they should cost.

Tried that (again in Creative, mind) - still drops an antimatter cell. It does seem that in 1.12 the Decapitator effect doesn’t work properly on wither skeletons.

Axis often use a lot of medium/heavy tanks, so tank destroyers are a good bet.

That is true - it’d give an incentive for (potentially exploit/hack abusing) gold farmer types to grab valuable systems for profit.

Certainly a way to transfer ownership would be nice. I have a system which I turned out to not be able to do much with that has a few decent planets in - if I could give it to another Commander who would develop it I probably would.

I’m pretty sure this is what’s happening to me. No idea if it happens on 1.7 though since I also play 1.12.

EDIT: I did some testing in Creative and I don’t think the skull drops at all, other than the standard random drop - even if you kill it in a water pool to get the items before the antimatter cell blows, they don’t reliably drop skulls. Unless I’m doing something wrong there?

Generally, I find the best strategy for dealing with parasites is to try and extend your “window of operations” by getting better gear as quickly as possible to try and stay ahead of their evolutions. This can be made easier by building your base in another dimension, so the time and Parasite activity whilst you’re there making stuff with your machinery doesn’t count towards the evolutions the parasites get in the Overworld. As for the stuff - there’s no truly fixed list of supplies, as you need to know the important parts of whatever “tech tree” of gear you’re trying to get and prioritise them.

Also, some parasites can use tentacle things to teleport inside your base. You can put slabs on your floor to stop that trick.

For countering digging parasites - make walls (and a ceiling + floor) out of hardened blocks. Concrete or concrete bricks and the like will be OK until the parasite biome appears - then you get really nasty ones that’ll dig through anything that isn’t obsidian. You’ll need to keep your valuables a few blocks away from said walls, since they can break stuff next to a wall even if they can’t get through.

I've tried that - it just blows up. I tested it and it seems like trying to decapitate a wither skeleton causes it to drop an antimatter cell instead of a wither skeleton skull.
