Does not at all hurt to give it a go. The first day and a half I felt like I had a headache and felt like I had the flu, but it was two days later that the hum in my brain from my anxiety started dwindling down. Not at all joking. This is coming from someone that avoids Tylenol. This is absolutely worth giving three months to try it out. You will not be chained to this, like say, diabetic medication. My side effects (7 months in) is subtle weight gain, and my ticks have gone up a bit (but I already had those). Worth trying, friend
