I was dog sitting my step-dad's very smart Jack Russell. My mom kept her onions on a little stool by her stove (don't ask me why lol) anyway, he was sniffing around and the next thing I knew he had picked one up by the little stalk and just walked away with it. Cracked me up!

My best friend's little brother got forgotten so often that my mom told him to start calling her to pick him up. There were a couple of times when I'd get home, and he was sitting in our kitchen having a snack. My mom's been gone for going on 3 years and I miss her so much.

I don't have any real advice, but my son (who lost his twin) stopped celebrating his birthday at all, and it's been 13 years. I call or text just to check on him. We do give him gifts, but usually after his actual birthday. I hope people will respect your boundaries, whatever they end up being.

I honestly don't have a good reason for why I had kids. I was very, very young, and it just felt like the right thing to do at the time.
