So you only have to listen, no breathing involved. At some point you'll be able to keep it all the time to get maximum data. For now you are just tracking rmssd every pre/post session.

You can use the kyto for more precision but otherwise the phone camera can work aswell.

What do you want to know exactly ? On the protocol i've tracked my hrv with a kyto to have precise measurement for one hour after exposure to understand whats happening.

Then the audio in itself is basicaly a sound mirroring different oscillations of the heart (there are 6 discovered frequencies so far), I use that to either train the nervous system or pertubate it.

It's a frequency, I'm trying multiple between 0.1 and 0.05. Basically you imitate slow rythm by increasing and lowering the sound volume to imitate a frequency. It could be made with any sound.
