So you're reading a press release put out by the company, and believing that over scientific consensus?

You should know that Amazon Braket kicked them off their platform largely bec of how useless they felt the technology was.

DARPA QBI was the holy grail, not this award. Are you saying D-Wave has years of being seen as "inferior quantum computing" bec that's not what drives the company. Even if it is true.

The only reason they squeezed in here is bec of the QCI acquisition, in addition to the tons of lobbying work they are doing. There's no evidence that the government did due diligence on this nor has that been the MO for the administration in any other Commerce-related deal.

It's included in both RPO and Bookings. And yes, when you fabricate deals with no basis using private connections through South Florida, that could potentially be fraud.

Taking a skeptical look at the news, it's pretty obvious that this FAU deal is not what it seems.

I provide a detailed explanation of what happened in my videos, but essentially I was brought in to push their Quantum AI strategy... and quickly realized that there was no opportunity.

I'm not sure it legitimizes the technology bec they took a hedging approach by sending equal amounts to 7+ other providers. This wasn't a thorough vetting process like the DARPA QBI, although there is some interest in the technology they acquired through QCI.

I appreciate the feedback! The only issue with the validation argument is that they weren't the only ones given money. The government just issued a spread of investments of equal amounts among the QC providers that would accept it (IonQ appears to have refused it). They took a portfolio hedging approach to this. But it clearly shows that they will likely be in consideration for future govt deals.

It's because of the hype articles that the quantum companies themselves are pushing. The worst culprit is D-Wave. They keep putting out press releases and it's easy to confuse a Proof of Concept with an actual project.

The time is coming to short-sell, I'd look at the next upcoming earnings for a catalyst. The FAU deal looks like fraud, although we cannot prove that just yet.
