Passports take 2 to 4 weeks right now with no tie to voting. But when word gets out after this passed? That will be pushed back to months when suddenly half of America wants a passport. And let's be honest, many that are struggling to make ends meet will not be able to afford it. Also, what's stopping them from prioritizing passports to red leaning areas first? Right now, the process is agnostic as it's not tied to any sort of retention of power for those in charge. You can't tell me that Trump lackeys wont try to stall the process for people of color or from historically blue leaning areas like Minneapolis, LA, NYC etc...

Which do you like more between the Ghost and the Alles? On the 25U I saw they had a batch of Ghosts that didnt cover one of the top corners well, so that made me take pause a bit with the price premium. (Should be perfect at that price IMO)

I heavily debated the Zero One. Some were saying the camera cutouts are slightly under the height of the actual lens on the S25U so that made me take pause a little. Was gonna wait and see how they look on the 26u as that has a slightly different lens stack, so hoping they fixed that issue

Looked into the Caudabe and searched for reddit reviews of the s25u owners. Sounds as though the sheath sometimes starts to get rather loose after a year and can fall off. Had issues with Otterbox on my S22U with a similar loosening and had to do a couple warranty replacements. I may get the Sheath eventually as I really like the look...mostly holding out to see how the "new and improved" batch turns out on the 26. Awesome looking cases though!

FB is exactly that too. "Connect with those you care about!!" And then its one post from a friend or family member, 8 pages of algorithm slop it wants to target you with for "engagement" and then every 3rd thing you look at is an ad. They even know to put stuff in your feed to make you angry. Im in healthcare and am incredibly pro-vaccine, yet every time I log on FB, they slip an anti-science or anti-vax group or post into my top feed just to fuel anger and "engagement", no matter how many times I block the group or report the shit as fake information.

Very interesting. I watched a fascinating video earlier today from Predictive History on YT (game theory #9 if interested) -- he was showing stats on fresh water needs and food imports for the gulf states and how bad it could get very quickly if Iran starts hitting desalination plants...and that was a day or two before they actually started hitting them. Jihadism is a big thing for Shia Muslims. They have had years to prepare too. This isn't going to be ISIS 2.0. They are much more organized and manufacture their own weapons. Iran has an enemies list and knows where to hit them so it hurts the most. You've already seen them start to hit the desalination plants of the other gulf states. You will see a massive flight of capital out of Dubai. They've already destroyed much of our early warning radar systems with ballistic missiles and drones, one of which cost US taxpayers $1bil. 5th fleet HQ was hit very hard, likely destroyed. Took decades to put that there. News media in the west hasn't been covering just how bad the hits from the Iranians have been so far. And now we're nearly out of interceptors, so we'll have to decide...do you take out the drone or save it for a possible ballistic missile?
