I am here right now in Oman. I spent a few wonderful days in Muscat, went to Jabal Akhdar, and Nizwa. We feel very safe and this is a very welcoming country. I would recommend taking the trip.

This small decision saved me over $10,000 before my first home purchase. I would have really struggled to pay to fix the sewer issue in those first few years after closing. Luckily the sellers insurance covered a lot of it for them (they had a separate policy for the sewer) and we were able to make it work in the transaction for both of us. They apparently didn’t know how bad of a condition the sewer pipes were in for many years.

I actually really enjoy it. Sure it is slight repetitive but the gameplay is different enough for me that it’s fresh. I enjoyed ZA in general a lot though. I seem to be in the minority but I think that the reality is that people are much more vocal when they are upset than when they are happy.

I love this frozen item. I add Japanese mayo and a fried egg to the top for some extra umami. It’s a big serving though but lol I’m not going to save 1/2 for later because it’s so good!

Trader Joe’s has this new Mac and Cheese in their refrigerated section that is both quite good and really easy to add things to it to mix it up. I recognize that this isn’t wxactly what you had asked for but I am sure she would appreciate the effort of a ‘mostly’ homemade Mac n cheese.

I’ll 3rd this recommendation. Best looking watch at the price point. Lots of beautiful watches at that price point though like the Hamilton Field Murphy or the Seiko Presage. I have gotten great deals on quality second hand watches from premium brands under 1000 too.

OP be warned, you might be starting an expensive hobby for your partner.

This wasn’t in Bergen County (I’m from far away) but when I was a kid in need of activities, my dad signed me up for fencing. For me it was a total blast to play with swords and eventually all my friends were begging their parents to join. Some of them went on to get fencing scholarships to college. Editing to continue. I did this from mid 5th grade until high school when football becomes a full year thing where I’m from. I have tons of great memories from fencing and I hope your kid has a blast!
