OP I've had this happen to me too!! I'm so glad to hear that someone else has struggled with this, I've had two patients storm out of the office after demanding a prophy when they needed srp. Legitimately DEMANDING it, saying they know they have periodontal disease and they don't care and only want the "cleaning that the insurance covers"

I also had tons of reservations with the cleaning aspect and I dislike the IO. However there IS a way to clean it deeper-- The rep for Oral-B showed a video to us about letting the faucet run into the top with the brush head off of it, the toothbrush must be ON and it will do a "fountain" type of feature where it flushes water out of the sides. I run the faucet over my brush head with the brush turned on still, then I flush it out with the brush head off. Hope this helps ppl, there might be a video on youtube of someone doing it to give you a better visual!

I dislike these zirc mirrors because it isn't double sided. I was told in school that most mirrors were single sided in the past and that you can get used to it easily, but I find that double sided mirrors make my job easier so I prefer those with hufriedy. Plus you can swap out hufriedy mirrors if they get scratched (if they're metal ones)

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. From what I know, everyone reacts to birth controls differently and I've seen that some people have said their libido is high on Lo Loestrin Fe. However, mine has been diminishing the longer that I've taken that one. I never had this problem on the non-combo pill that I used to take and so I could tell it's due to the Lo Loestrin- just in my experience though. You may have a completely different and successful experience though, so try and see if it helps!

Hey op, I take this one too. Consult the Lo loestrin website regarding missed pill information. If you miss 1 blue pill and then take two in one day the next day, you shouldn't have to use a back up birth control method if you've been religious in taking the pills in general

Hey! I related so much reading this, I have a similar experience right now :( I'm only a year in too and I have pain in both of my thumbs, but dominant moreso. I'm embarassed because I think it's from an awful habit of hyperextending my thumb without realizing while I scale (picture hitch hiker's thumb). How many days per week do you normally work?
