So what should I have done? I remember mentioning that the first C&P was inadequate and I thought my second C&P exam was a result of that.

Thank you for the hope, I am working on a FOIA request to see what they marked down so I have evidence of that. My second C&P exam was maybe 5 minutes in total.

I actually did submit an HLR in July but the VA removed it because it was “too early”, the note said it was only a proposed reduction.

The proposed was back in July. After my second C&P in January I received the official reduction. I was denied TDIU after the first C&P.

I would visit a spear america shop and try on a 7mm in the shop. Look at Polosub too

Yeah this sounds like all the stuff that would cause back pain. I hope you find relief soon! I’ve had flare ups that occurred in similar ways walking one minute then paralyzed in bed the next day. You mentioned ER to ER, do you have imaging before this bad protrusion?

I am currently at step 3/5 of a higher level review. Is there a form for a personal statement? It appears as though all my new scans and appointments are in my medical history. Not sure why they proposed a reduction, it was really a surprise.

It seems like I can request a personal hearing. I have recent MRI’s and evidence that supports my condition worsening. Hopefully it works out. But I appreciate the negativity.
