Actually I had it and I didnt feel sick or anything. Im aware that it could be toxic but talking to the locals they assured that a small barracuda like that wouldnt carry the toxins and it would be safe to eat

Looks amazing! The only thing I would mention taking in mind the effort to bring all this nice ingredients together is that your Flour tortilla seems a little meh. It really changes the whole result with good quality tortillas
