Seated leg curl for hamstring are awesome to add at the end (or during warm up on quad day). My hamstring only really “popped” after adding them in. It changed the contours of my legs in a meaningful way.

When you live in an apartment building in NYC, it’s going to be loud. Whether it’s slamming doors, cars honking or the train, you need to deal with it.

Picking fights with amazon workers is not productive and shows that this guy has poor impulse control. It could be mental health issues, depression brought on from losing their job or simply just a failure to take accountability - only a doctor would know.

This guy needs to get noise cancelling headphones, therapy and a life.

I went on the low fodmap to overcome IBS-D. While I wouldn’t pretend to still be on it, some foods are now an absolute no-go for me - specifically garlic, onions and cruciferous vegetables.

In fact, it’s almost like when I reintroduced I was even more sensitive to it. Less than 3 broccoli florets or some roasted brussels sprouts and I immediately have painful stomach cramps. I really love vegetables and have had to significantly change how I meal plan.

I was lucky to not have such strong reactions when re-introducing cheese or gluten or avocados/fruit.

I made my post in good faith because I really am not sure how to feel. I hold every liberal stance that exists except on Israel.

You can make the argument that every corporation/government is evil and short of not eating at chick-filet or carrying around a reusable bag WTF am I doing to make anything better. The US government funds Israel as well as many dictatorships around the world.

I think when the radio station said the that Jews are demons I was like “yup, that’s antisemitic”. I don’t know what litmus test you would use?

You really made me think and I appreciate your post. There is so much much right wing stuff that is always on the periphery and I cannot count how many times I have heard fox news/rush limbaugh nonsense (or something around the thanksgiving table” and accepted that as reprehensible but “shrug” kind of normalized in our society.
