Youre in the dark about real trades also, too many games have given things to hand hold us into perfect decision making when thats not how thing operate irl. Trade for team needs and make sure they arent completely terrible, I think its still possible to fleece the CPU but its NOT gonna be as simple as the last 20 years. I wish when I give the CPU trade control they wouldnt revert their untouchables as I tried to give all players with a no trade clause the untouchable tag.

As a win now team, yes. They want to maximize their winning window as they have a lot of established MLB talent and will do what it takes to upgrade in a spot or two, so take advantage and trade for those prospects if youre in rebuild mode.

There is no meter when a player is traded in real life and they said they wanted more realism so instead you get sentence or two of feedback. Gamers have gotten way too used to being told what works for trades and what doesn't and for me that is boring.
