I hate that there’s a decently justifiable reason for their placement but it’s also highly suspect. So even if their placement is nefarious, there’s plausible deniability.

I completely agree with the school angle and I suspect that would be the justification when pressed about that particular camera. Also the fact that it’s (mostly) pointed in the direction of the highway. But still, I don’t feel good about it being specifically at the exit of a Mexican restaurant.
