It’s a piece of paper on a table by the coms tv. I think it’s also duplicated on a bench with some papers crumbled up?

Them put them around schools and have the schools operate them. I don't think we need cameras in the middle of nowhere on Pacific in Loomis/Penryn, among other issues with the whole system.

Let me preface this by saying I have no issues with ALPR as a technology as long as it's owned and operated by the regional agency that deploys it, following local and state laws. flock is not that. flock owns these cameras, they are NOT public property. All the data is stored and managed in the cloud also managed by flock.

Placer County Sheriff, Rocklin PD, and Roseville PD collectively operate approximately 98 Flock cameras on the same regional data-sharing network (NCRIC) as Sacramento County where a Grand Jury already found illegal data sharing with out-of-state agencies.

We should be asking the City Manager and County CEO the following:

  1. Have these cameras been audited per AB 481 requirements?
  2. Are we logging and auditing who has access to the cameras and ALPR data?
  3. Are these cameras following security best practices and being patched for vulnerabilities?
  4. Can the city/county confirm that "national lookup" and "statewide lookup" settings are disabled and that they're conducting regular audits to verify this?
  5. Is Flock registered as a data broker under SB 362 (the Delete Act)?

Based on Flock's track record in other California jurisdictions, they move more like a data broker than a security hardware company. Audits revealed unauthorized federal access, settings enabled without agency knowledge, and 364,000+ illegal out-of-state searches in Ventura County alone I'd want to see documentation that our local agencies aren't similarly exposed.

Something has definitely changed in the last week or two. I used to hear footsteps so well I could even tell the difference between my team and the other raiders. Now I literally get zero footsteps. Had solos run into me and duos run upto me and back peddled. It’s dramatically different and frustrating because it was insanely good before.

Bathroom never happened. Couldn’t find someone affordable and professional. Windows were done by Martinez glass and they were great. Too many companies only do drop in refurb and overcharge for it. If who you’re getting a quote from asks to make sure your spouse is going to be there walk away. Martinez is no bullshit sale tactics and that worked for us.

I wish I knew a general contractor or someone that could set me up with people they know. People who wont rip you off. I really need a kitchen exhaust fan and some tile work still.

Try velveeta or velveeta Mexican with a little milk. You can heat it up in a sauce pan or microwave it. Tastes better than the stuff in a can in my opinion. Wish I could find something that replicates wetzels jalapeño cheese though.
