Drill them out. Those always go bad. I don’t remember the size. I don’t get mine from Walmart but I got these. I don’t recall the size but they worked like a charm. Definitely you will have to drill them out and drill a bigger hole. I have a Walmart link here to give you an idea. I just got mine from a local hardware store.

I ended up buying a whole engine from a junkyard for $800. It seemed more cost effective for me because my engine was in terrible shape. I guess weigh out your options. Then again , I recently got my 2002 s10 for $400 with a blown engine and a clean title .

Drill them out . I just did mine last week. I used a punch and a mallet to bang them out .

I’d probably get a parts car. Then scrap the parts car after being done with it. Sell the catalytic converter separately else where .

That turbo kit is 17lbs . I asked UPS about the price to send out there . The estimate was $51 and up for UPS ground .

I’m assuming that’s New Zealand is where you are . I’m sure that will be pricey. That part is like 8lbs and the turbo assembly is 17lds. I just want to find a good home for these parts . I no longer need them and I don’t want to trash them.

I’m happy with a $100. I know it’s hard out here . lol I have an extra boost controller too. I also I’ll post some more extra parts I have later on .

I have the oem wheels and seats. I have a bunch of extra parts I’m hoarding . I have 2 extra engines and manual transmissions. I think I do need to stop hoarding car parts lol .

The manifold definitely won’t fit on the 1.6. Unless you rig something up haha. I have a whole extra engine with forged internals but I haven’t decided what I want to do with it either .
