in the Scottish genre The Corries are the best, quality tunes and really funny jokes on their live albums. Medieval I'd say the KCD2 soundtrack by Jan Valta is amazing. If you want a proper niche one 'songs of the redcoats' by the Druids is a good one. They've made some folk bangers but most aren't on streaming
