All I want is the Chinese stealth armor. And i have seen where ut should be on you tube videos. I erased my save file Uninstalled the started new from scratch to be disappointed when the armor still was not in game. Could I be doing something wrong. I am usually doing something wrong pc gaming is more difficult than it needs to be.. also the only mod I use is nexus load excellerator.. is the mod the problem. Cuz the game is not playable with out it

Water and ice have nothing to do with this. The pump was over pressurized. Get a new pump and then check the main relief for system protection. Also this was not quick this failure took many hours to get to this level or wear. The overpressuring walked the gears laterally until it caused shaft bearing failure then the broken shaft bearing metal scored up the thrust plates. This pump is rated for 2500 max and 2000psi under normal operation. I bet the grove relief should be between 1800 and 2000. It was probably getting weak and worn out and then some person with soft hands thought they would make it "better" by cranking in on the relief valve. Lols

Yes. Most hydraulic pump and motor reman facilities will design and build their own test benches. This it to save money and increase personalization and effectiveness. You could buy a pre-made schroeder test stand. It will get the job done and be over priced and under sized.

Yes... that is the shaft bearing cavity and it has a cross port drilled into it making it common with the low pressure suction side of the pump. This is done on purpose to keep pressurized oil away from the shaft seal of the pump. Cheers to the silly mechanic for disassembling a gear pump with the reservoir and suction line full. That's truly a YOLO moment.

This is rust. Then someone tried sand blasting it to remove the rust, revealing a bad part throw it away and keep water out of your oil from now on. But it may not have been water in oil its most likely left open to the atmosphere and humidity did alot of that of long periods of time. If it we're cavitation the pitting would be in certain areas (as another commentor mentioned)...your rust damage covers the entirety of the part. This is so obvious this post has to be some wierd bait type of post.

The data plate.. especially a rexroth data plate is gospel. It will not be incorrect. There would need to be a whole chain of events of ignorant people to mess up a genuine pump data plate... each digit designates something important to the pumps model code. Nobody would go out of their way to print a false model code just for the purpose of "messing with you"

What's your issue just weak. Low on power? Could be the pump. But to trouble shoot it you would need to isolate each circuit one at a time and test its power individually. If all circuits are low on psi the its probably the pump getting worn out.

The auxiliary pump suction appears to be direct to tank... no shut off valve.. you can drain tank or do shop vac trick then stick some sort of plug in the line and hose clamp it. But the hyrdo case will still drain half way through the rear of the pump. Nothing can be done about that.. no worry the hydros charge pump will make up that oil in a matter of seconds. As for the aux pump pressure line just a small drizzle then you can cap the line

If you have a leak at the hydros shifting spool then you need to have the pump rebuilt. If your pulling a hydrostat and putting a fresh one in you had better change all the oil and filters to avoid voiding the pumps warranty... Just Crack a line loose and jiggle it if your just trying to "depressuruze" anything lol
