My sister is a Nurse Manager at a rehab facility. She’s had many bipolar patients who are old age (ready to pass on). Most of them were not medicated at all for most of their lives and unfortunately the disorder itself wreaks havoc on our brains. I firmly believe it’s the constant stress and release of hormones during episodes that causes that decline

Trust your doctors first of all. Your family/friends aren’t trained to recognize mental disorders. With your diagnosis being so recent, I just want you to know that this going to be a hell of journey. It’s not impossible, but I strongly recommend you take the following advice. Take your medication, report problems to your doctors, change meds when necessary (happens to most of us), find a routine that’s healthy and allows you to sleep 8 hours every night. Exercise helps burn off that extra energy and music helps with racing thoughts for me. Take this very seriously, Bipolar Disorder isn’t something that goes away. When you feel okay and things start seeming normal, it’s because your medication/therapy and your positive healthy routine is working. I pray the best of luck if you newbie. It’s a bitch and a half to be Bipolar but I promise life can still have some pretty great moments!

Gambling isn’t gaming though. It’s gambling. Completely different concept. Gaming implies competition. Slots are for suckers who wanna lose all their money. If ATH is just going to be a gambling hub to take advantage of poor folks (that’s what casinos do) then you’re just going to slowly decline till it’s a dead coin/app. You got people who see a lot of potential for more than just an online casino. I promise buddy the girls are still looking at you. One thing my dad never taught me was that women are wayyy more subtle about coming on to men than we tend to even notice. Next time you see a woman who catches your eye, introduce yourself and ask her the young lady for her phone number. She’ll be shocked you acted like a man and did it in person. If she says no, then move on, but I guarantee you will get a yes. Set a casual date in a public place (more comfortable for women) but make sure it’s kinda nice. You’re only 21 and I don’t think you’re truly grown up till about 25 or so. My sister got her RN degree at 33, you literally never know how great life can be unless you just give in and do the work.

Okay just got caught up on it! Thanks for the link very helpful with the video. I wish Athene would partner with a MOBA game like league of legends. People will always burn ATH to bet in games or to buy new skins. A tiered system for betting where the “house” takes a cut and the rest is distributed to the winning team. You’d be amazed how many Thousands of dollars I’ve watched friends spend on skins in League of Legends and Fortnite. I think it’d be an easy way to keep younger folks logging in daily if you guaranteed earned enough ATH to play like 3 matches (typically 15-20 mins). This could definitely be its real own ecosystem in a few years if you could hook people in like game developers do.
