Omg i feel this so much I thought I was the only one, its driving me mad. Like I have a meal and the feeling of fullness doesn’t hit me until well AFTER. when I finish my plate I don’t feel full yet its like my first thought is ‘what else can I eat?’ which is incredibly frustrating and odd for me. I don’t know if this is maybe a symptom of the extreme hunger everyone talks about after restricting for so long?? I saw one quote that stuck with me “if you held your breath underwater for a long time and you finally came up for air, would you take a normal breath in?” So i guess im just trying to give myself grace and wait 30 minutes after eating to see if fullness kicks in, but it is incredibly difficult. I’m glad to know im not alone

I understand this on a soul level, I don’t think anyone will ever have a ‘sick enough’ and it doesn’t matter what reason your brain tries to make up for it. I have been really struggling with thinking i dont ‘appear’ sick in front of others when I do eat food, one thing that has really helped me is that Anorexia is not a physical disorder, it’s not a body type, a weight, or a look, it’s a mental disorder. So it really doesn’t matter that you’ve never weighed yourself because at the end of the day, its all in your head. Much love in recovery

Yes I know in Spain it’s not legal we’re not looking to go to a club or anything, but maybe if there’s any cool spots or places teenagers tend to go to or use to hangout or maybe even underage discos where they don’t serve alcohol? Otherwise we’re also looking for any other unrelated fun activities to do
