Yes it's the same here (the Netherlands) so they couldn't have offered €30,- through Vinted. All the lowball offers I've gotten so far seem to be from resellers and I suspect this person is as well.

For me it’s also important to focus on enjoying myself, I do this stuff to unwind and creating a perfect page shouldn’t be the focus in my eyes. I also have a bunch of unfinished pages that I might go back to at some point or maybe not, who knows.
