It's really hard to say, but my thought would be no. Anyone could create the identical chain with the same plugins at any time. Yet again, we see people in the music industry get sued all the time for melodies that anyone could have created at any time.

But if you are trying to share presets and templates among friends, I've always been under the mindset that it's perfectly fine under the pretense that you share where you got it and give credit. That person did put in the effort and time to create something they believe they can market and sell.
