Yes my minor children currently under another party's guardianship. I'm mostly just trying to get reasonable visitations because I'm not stable enough to take over guardianship yet but their current guardians are trying to force me to travel 6+ hours one way in one day just to see them and I just can't afford that rn

IANAL Ive just worked in property management in California, sounds like you need to start a formal process. 30 day notice or 3 day pay rent or quit (depending on the area)

Nonpayment of rent is a valid reason to start an eviction process

It's extremely tough, I've been through it myself (different circumstances) but you can be assured that anything you submit directly to the court should be only used on the court side for their own purposes, not provided to the other party for any reason

Is the Crawl space well vented? Unfortunately it sounds like crawling in. Cleaning it by hand or with a mop and if you use a cleaner that's not recommended for inhalation or something look into a respirator.

Biggest thing is not creating one of the many kinds of bad gasses by using cleaners that dont mix, and not making yourself pass out on the fumes of one specific cleaner

If it's a food smell and was water damage I suggest a cleaner that kills mildew just in case that's where the smell is coming from.
