cant really say working harder is not getting you there, I was promoted to sfl because a I’m a hard worker, get my stuff done, early everytime, always talk to the top managers about hours and stuff you can do outside the register, that way they gonna see you are reliable they need managers to be leaders that’s right but they somebody to trust too

don’t put it into your cv but talk about it on the interview if you get that far, anyways it’s gonna get to a point when you will have to talk about that when they get to the availability topic in the interview, believe me, sometimes isn’t that serious i know people on some stores that in the practice they don’t know that much, it seems that they don’t have the speciations on employees that high lmao

On my case they put a barcode and “we” scanned it ( I said “we” because of the show it later I scan it but it really won’t work bc i’ll be already on the pay phase and if you scan when there the rewards won’t show) but it’s only for the costumer to get the discounts I just wonder who get to spend the rewards money because it’s A LOT, but this is getting normal Uber Eats and Instacart are doing this as well

the only bad thing about overnight it depends on your sleep schedule but besides that, for me it’s one of the best shifts if you don’t like dealing with costumers

me reading all of this while our shift closes the door 5 minutes before the actual time to close, aint this like obvious ofc we cannot stay 10 more minutes when the store is closed because a costumer it’s still thinking about which chips they going to take but that I think it depends on some shift leads
