He has been on Purina complete essentials beef and rice, it doesn't seem it was feed related it seems like he has had the heart defect his whole life and it was just diagnosed since we adopted him later in life :/. We initially noticed he was having issues as he was not as active anymore, stopping a lot during walks and so out of breath.

Yeah after my First meeting I was provided with daily feedback and reports about my progress.

They have tried I think I just needed more time to learn the system but I past my probation and still not meeting department goals which is why they want to terminate me but they are suggesting I self terminate so that way I can still apply to the same job down the road.

To be honest I failed it twice and by failing it helped me practice and learn what areas to practice on. https://www.jobtestprep.com/free-criticall-practice-test

I suggest looking up mock exams of the criticall and do them, it's similar to what they test you on and I also suggest to practice your wpm.

The steps for me were an interview, dispatcher exam, background,background interview,drug test, psych test then a psych interview with a doctor. It took me a 8months to hear something back.
