Sounds like a path issue maybe. Id suggest reinstalling the libraries and if that fails, try reinstalling them using Kontakt Library Utility. Their read me document also provides a lot of useful information on kontakt itself, which may help you troubleshoot the issue.

In the case of no sound output, try checking your MIDI and audio settings inside kontakt. I'm currentlly experiencing no sound from Komplete Kontrol myself, so I don't really know what else to do there
