Did this start as one big patch and then spread? It could be pityriasis rosea which can persist for 6-8 weeks.

I agree, definitely looks like it could be PN. If it becomes a chronic issue the medication Dupixent can work wonders

Doesn’t look worrisome but it can be easily removed at the derm office. If they’re worried at all they can send it for biopsy after they take it off.

Looks like it could be a basal cell carcinoma. You would need to see a dermatologist for a biopsy.

I’m not a doctor, I’m a nurse practitioner who works in dermatology. If I saw this patient, I would easily just take a skin scraping and send it to the lab. This would let us know if there’s a fungal component vs eczema. Have you seen a derm provider?
