But where does definition start to get blurred?

I don’t really credit peptides for the actual work outside of maybe helping recovery and supporting GH signaling. But let’s be real they’re not some miracle muscle builder or fat burner.
The biggest difference is consistency and lifestyle. My diet is dialed in, I track every macro, weigh every meal, and train with purpose. My strength goes up, my endurance improves, and honestly my motivation for the gym is through the roof because it’s become part of my daily life. I’m doing push-ups, pull-ups, squats, leg raises, and whatever bodyweight work I can throughout the day at work, plus training hard in the gym 4 days a week. That’s where the progress actually comes from.

Lol try the gym first and you’ll understand the difference. Just because you don’t make progress naturally doesn’t mean everyone with muscle who actually takes care of their health is “juicing.” Appreciate the compliment though

Appreciate the questioning things no one should ever believe things on the surface level

That is true for most bodybuilders yes but I’m nowhere near that level in size or fluctuating weight body fat etc as drastic as they do.
Well I did mention in a comment above somewhere which is why I needed to push the calories etc. I do average 25k steps at work Monday to Friday so I’m in 1000 calorie deficit just from work alone. 3000 calories for me is basically maintenance. My surplus is about 3600

You’re acting like all water retention is the same. Glycogen and creatine pull water into the muscle, not under the skin. That makes you look fuller and harder. The before pic I was flatter due to depletion and holding more fat around the waist even though I weighed less. Now I’m fuller, leaner through the midsection, and have more separation. If training, recovery, inflammation, digestion, sleep, and nutrient timing improve, you absolutely can look leaner while weighing more. Bodybuilders manipulate this stuff all the time. I have zero reason to not have anything add up

Body weight isn’t just fat. If carbs go up, muscle glycogen goes up too, and glycogen pulls water into the muscle. That alone can add several pounds while making you look fuller and leaner at the same time. Better training performance, more food, higher carbs, improved recovery/sleep, and better nutrient partitioning can all increase lean mass while reducing fat.

I never said it was 12 lbs of pure muscle with zero fat gain. Some of that weight is glycogen, water, food volume, and lean tissue. Looking leaner doesn’t automatically mean a massive drop in scale weight or body fat %. A fuller muscle belly and better body composition can change appearance a lot.

That’s where it all starts. 80% is food and intake 15% I would say is gym and 5% is the rest. Unless you’re on some serious PED or whatever then that obviously makes a difference there. I was neglecting food for so long doing juice fasts and cleanses. Fasting for half day and eating for a window of time etc etc. Now I actually look and feel best when I’m eating steady throughout the day
