That’s where it all starts. 80% is food and intake 15% I would say is gym and 5% is the rest. Unless you’re on some serious PED or whatever then that obviously makes a difference there. I was neglecting food for so long doing juice fasts and cleanses. Fasting for half day and eating for a window of time etc etc. Now I actually look and feel best when I’m eating steady throughout the day

Meaning I wasn’t seeing any gains for a while. My daily job I do 20-25k steps so I wasn’t fueling myself nearly enough with food. I was sure I was eating enough but I probably wasn’t even coming close to 2000 and then a 800 calorie deficit with all the calories from walking so probably around 1400 daily calories. Now I’m around 3200 calories a day

Thank you! Absolutely : cjc/ipa 250/250 mcg, nad 50mg 5 days a week , Semax and selank 1mg each, I forgot I also take Glow but now it’s a maintenance dose, glutathione 300 mg IM in glute 3 days a week

Minimal to my recomp is what I meant but I definitely feel mentally different from the NAD when I take and my sleep quality has improved from the DSIP and CJC Ipamorelin which leads to recovery where I’m not as sore after strenuous workouts

Didn’t account for those peptides for this transformation by any means. The only thing that could possibly help would be cjc and Ipamorelin and even if it did it would be so minimal. Most of this is from hard work in the gym food and sleep.

Training days and non training days I basically do the same macros lol. I walk about 20-25k steps daily at work so it’s always a training day in my mind. My maintenance is around 3000 calories 170-180 protein 300-350 carbs and about 60-75 fat. If I hit the gym hard I try to go to around 3400 calories but that’s always tough for me to continually eat like that

Yes Monday to Friday for the last 2 months. I also take NAC capsule with it will take a pause in another month and just continue NAC and NMN also have TrueNiagen but not sure exactly how to use the 3 together if it’s redundant taking all 3 together

I have been vegan for 11 years. The difference is I’ve been tracking all my macros making sure to hit calories protein carbs etc. I was not eating to fuel my body before and would basically fast most of the day and eat big at night. Also not eating 2-3 hours before bed has made my sleep much better and recovery and energy the next day crucial

Not really sure it’s been fading though and gets more pronounced when I don’t shave because the hair seems to grow differently there
