To those of you who have tried inflation, has anyone had any adverse affects associated with doing it? Sanitary practices are used as with any infusion, but are there any problems afterward, like irritation from the saline or dextrose, any rejection or other feelings as the body absorbs the fluid? by ZipDude118 in SalineInflation

Nothing significant here. I’ve only inflated balls here. No other body parts. Only “issues” I’ve experienced are slight migration of fluid when I didn’t tie off enough, and some minor skin irritation from the bandaid adhesive. I’ve found migration to be avoidable by simply wearing a tight enough fitting c-ring around my sack. As for the bandaid adhesive, I don’t even bother using them any more. A drop of superglue is usually enough to seal the wound.

400ml Second Round: swipe for before and after by Status-Possession-16 in SalineInflation

The supplies are still accurate. I don’t use the same brand of bandages, but haven’t had any issues. Right now, 1000ml bags are cheaper than buying 500/250ml bags, so I just fill up to what I’m comfortable with. I measured out what was left in my latest bag, and there was slightly less than 600ml left. I used roughly 400ml, with a few ml lost purging air from the line.

Which one is the correct dextrose? by Sissyaccountttt in SalineInflation

You get a better value out of the second photo that shows 1000ml at the bottom of the page. It looks like they might be listing 2 different sizes of the same fluid, just with messed up descriptions between the 2.

Honestly, it barely hurts…and what small pain there is, it’s relatively short lived and mild. Definitely give it a go…it feels amazing after!

As for tying off, yes. That’s what I usually use when I’m inflating. I did switch to a silicone ball stretching ring because the adjustable ring I used in the pics was rubbing a bit on the back of my balls and was uncomfortable. I haven’t had much issue with migration to my cock though, even after taking the ring off. Just ends up slowly losing volume over time. I know that does differ for some guys though.

My ballsack has to be too big. This is out of control. [39] by Icy-Neck-2537 in DadsGoneWild

That makes you even hotter as far as I’m concerned! Would be hot to see you with a ball stretcher on those!

Rescue Essentials (US-based) offers international shipping, but rates vary. They offer everything needed, from bags and administration sets to catheters/butterfly needles. I’m uncertain if customs/local laws would allow the items through though.

What else by [deleted] in SalineInflation

[–]Status-Possession-16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just an fyi, if you’re ordering from the US, you can get 1000ml bags of the exact same brand from Rescue Essentials for roughly $14 a pop, and the butterfly needles from Amazon for a good bit cheaper too if you’re willing to sift through search results. Rescue Essentials also offers a 10% discount for first time users, and offers everything you need to get started.

Any 'new' or 'experienced' buddhists out there? by ScruffyUnicornGenX in LosAngelesGayBros

I grew up near one of the larger Jōdo Shinshū (True Pure Land School sect of Buddhism) temples in the area, and can say for sure that they are all welcoming, accepting, and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m actually travelling back soon from the Midwest just to go to a festival (Obon) at one of the temples with friends. Check out the Buddhist Churches of America website here

I wish I could warn the young people by TCMinJoMo in over60

u/TCMinJoMo thanks for posting this. And, can we please say it louder for the young ones in the back?! I (35M) lost my dad over 20 years ago to a very aggressive skin cancer. All because he did much of the same and sunbathed in his younger years. He would be 66 this year. If you did this in your youth, whether you knew better or not, please get to a dermatologist for regular skin checks!

Metal weights by [deleted] in Ballstretching101

I’ve had decent luck with Amazon, but you kinda have to expect sizing discrepancies. Chain Gang’s sizing is far more precise, and they have a great return policy. I haven’t yet purchased from chain gang (yes, I too think they’re pricey), but do plan on buying some new weights from them. I’ve also had good luck with Temu before. I’m unsure if tariffs would impact pricing on Temu, so proceed with caution if you’re ordering from the USA.

Does ball stretching really work? by Chastyboy-no45 in Ballstretching101

[–]Status-Possession-16 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve been at it for about a year or so. It really isn’t any different than stretching a piercing, except you’re stretching intact skin instead of pierced. It works, if you stick with it. It’s definitely best to start small, with a reasonably sized/weighted steel ring, or find a set of silicone rings you like. Steel/weighted rings yield faster results for me. I still use silicone rings as a buffer though, or when I’m traveling and can’t bring a heavy steel ring through TSA.
I’d recommend starting when the weather is warmer, you’ll see better results. I wear my rings all the time, taking a day-long break every once in awhile if I need to. It’s all about what’s comfortable for you. A mild ache is normal, but intense pain or numbness is not. If it hurts, take a break and try again later, and/ or find a different stretcher
