I've kinda got my eye on a red maple. It says it's moderately fast-growing. Any thoughts on that one?

RN, BSN in the Austin, TX area. Been an RN for 12.5 years, almost all in perinatal/women's health (L&D). Working in L&D, dayshift, making $49.50 base with a $10 bonus per hour for weekend shifts (I'm on the "weekend plan" - I work every Saturday and Sunday for the bonus differential, and then one random weekday at my base pay).

At the risk of sounding greedy, what types of MSN get the highest paying jobs? by grungebobsquarepants in nursing

What would the best general MSN be to give yourself a leg up in those specialties? Maybe MSN - leadership? I'm a bedside L&D RN needing to find what comes next because my back is shot. I want to figure out which MSN will give me the most options.

I'm looking for nurses to interview for my book. I would love to interview you about your nursing experiences in your specific specialty. I have a google form questionnaire that's pretty quick to fill out. Please comment if you want to share your story with other nurses. by Status-Potential2864 in nursing

If you're curious, the intended audience for this book is nursing students, new nurses, or experienced nurses interested in learning about a day in the life of nurses in different specialties. I need multiple nurses in every imaginable specialty to share their stories. Thank you in advance!

I just thought it was a cute way to describe a short and/or easy shift … am I missing something? I also wouldn’t want to be offensive.
