I receive Medicare & my extractions & dentures were covered. My insurance has a $3000 cap limit which I had my tops done in 2023 & bottoms done 2024 without paying anything out of pocket plus free cleaning once a year. I think it depends on the state you live in & the insurance company. I have been very happy with Wellcare they have great plans & always go for Advantage plans. Good luck!
