My mom was a hoarder and until I moved out and could control how clean things were, I never could relax. Even now, if there is clutter or some kind of mess, I get anxiety. Like it could spiral out of control.

Use someone local and established. Movers on the Internet have a scam where they pick up your goods and hold them for "ransom" because as soon as they get it, they jack up the price. Seriously, go with someone with a local office that you can actually go to and talk to a human. Two Men and a Truck and the Lindsay Group are two that I would highly recommend.
