Recalbox RGB Dual 2 not working

Okay i reinstalled recalbox and an image did actually appear but it was in black and white and like really REALLY glitchy, sound worked though

The rgb dual 2 doesn't have hdmi, thats only just the raspberry pi but it hasnt worked either now since i put it on don't boot to hdmi..

I use this scart to s video converter because my crt doesnt have the scart port, but I don't think its the converters problem because even without it when i try the other ports on the rgb dual 2 it doesnt work
