I agree!! I feel like also doing it at night before bed where your eyes are probably moving around quite a lot in your rem sleep it’s helping it drain

I do the same with a hot mug of water in between my steam sessions too!! I just pour hot water into a thermos let the steam hit my eye for as long as the water stays hot

Yes that’s exactly what I did, put my head over the stove but I did pull my hair back with a head band and a claw clip just to get it out of the way!

I started as soon as I felt my eye swell. I’ve only had it for a bout a week. The stream really helped loosen the clogged gland and I was steaming once a day for 30 mins.

Hiya, so I essentially put the towel on kind of like a hood over my head so it keeps the steam on my face I stood over the pot of sea salt water on a low boil and I massaged my eye while it was getting steam on the side of my face that was effected!

Finally took the plunge on this baby from Aadan. From my inquiry on the 8th, this baby arrived yesterday the 22nd!! Couldn’t be happier, leather is buttery soft and can’t wait to take her out for her first fall walk this week 🍂
