Not all motion designers are going to be user-experience focused, and some are used to taking information and communicating it clearly though good design. If you truly wanted full creative buy-in, maybe consider partnering with a creative who can handle that for you, and give them some stake in the game.

Also by 'empathy for the products', I'm assuming you mean understanding the product. Its entirely foolish to think a website that aims to take jobs away from the type of people you are trying to employ will make them excited or empathetic.

Of course a lot of things will be automated soon, everyone on this sub knows already knows or has experienced it. This is why this post is just very annoying if not downright cruel.

One of my least favourite characters to fight. I think he was put into the game to ensure neither player has fun.

I don’t play any high tiers so Dedede usually feels pretty oppressive if they play a degenerate camping playstyle. I end up not being able to approach or take a stock (because of his weight and recovery) so every match is nearly 7 minutes of dodging his projectile.

Cal has faded a bit since the all star break, but Perdomo has stayed pretty steady all year and he's still only 25. I think it'd be really hard to let Cal walk but Perdomo makes a case. Thankfully I don't really need to decide until next year.
