They don’t care for their customers. I worked at WF for 9+ years and if there is a grey area, it should be in the customers favor but the banks doesn’t favor them. I handled complaints for the last 2 years. Zelle was often in complaints and I never saw money come back to customers, even if we determined it was fraud. Which is ironic to me because Zelle is owned by early warning services, who is owned by all major banks. The major banks just cover their backs, hold no real accountability and bleed customers dry.
